Our office is located at C-16 in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, which is in Bhayander East. We are in the United Palace building, not far from Jesal Park. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main road near the station. We handle a lot of local tours and various travel arrangements for the people living nearby. The office is basically just one room with a few plastic chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We have a lot of old calendars on the wall and a large map of the state. Most of our work happens over the phone or with people just walking in from the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know most of the families around the Jesal Park area. We don't offer those luxury packages or anything like that. It's mostly just helping people book a car for a family wedding or a bus for a group pilgrimage. Sometimes we get very busy during the holiday season and the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours. Other times, it's just us sitting and drinking tea while we wait for someone to come in. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the routes and the rates. The building itself is a bit old, but it's been the home for our business for years. We try to be honest about travel times and costs.
