Prbhodhankar Thackery Sports & Recration Club

We've been here at Wagle Industrial Estate for a while now. The place is easy to find because we're right on LBS Marg, just across from Raheja Garden. Most people know the Teenhaath Naka area, so getting here isn't too much of a hassle even when traffic gets heavy in Thane. It’s a sports and recreation club where we try to keep things running for the local community. We have different spots for people to get some exercise or just spend time after work. Sometimes it gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone finishes their jobs nearby. The building is functional. We don't have fancy stuff, but it works for what we do. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the regulars by name. People come in for a swim or to use the courts. We try to keep the equipment in decent shape. It's not a luxury resort, just a place for neighbors to stay active. Usually, you'll see kids coming in for coaching and older folks walking around. We are located right near the main road so it's convenient for anyone living in the apartments around here. There's always something going on, whether it's a small match or just people practicing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the club stays pretty much the same. We just focus on keeping the doors open and the lights on for whoever wants to stop by and play.
