Powercrp Agritech Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves. We are located at Shivaji Shahadu Pavar’s place, specifically Gut Number 159 in Jehur. That’s in the Aurangabad district, out in the countryside. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we handle the business of the farm group. We started this because we saw a need for more technology and better ways to do things around here. Jehur is a nice area, but like any farming community, we have our struggles. We aren't some big city firm with a bunch of fancy titles. It's mostly just Shivaji and a few of us trying to figure out the best way to move forward. The weather in Aurangabad can be tough on the crops, so having this producer company helps us stay organized. We talk a lot about seeds and equipment and how to keep things running. The name 'Agritech' might sound big, but we are just regular folks. We don't do much in the way of advertising because everybody around here already knows who we are. We just keep our heads down and work. It's honest work and we're proud of it, even when things get difficult.
