Our shop is located in Kasturi Plaza, right on Manpada Road in Dombivli East. It is Shop Number B 50. Most people recognize the building because it is quite close to Dahandekar Hospital. Being near a hospital means we see a lot of people coming in with prescriptions throughout the day. We keep the shelves stocked with the usual medicines and some general stuff people need for their homes. It is usually busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. The plaza gets a bit crowded with scooters parked out front, but there is usually a spot if you look. We have been here for a while and know many of the families who live around this part of Thane. Sometimes people just stop by to ask a quick question about a bandage or some vitamins. We try to find what they need quickly so they do not have to wait around for too long. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us read the labels clearly. We try to stay organized, though some days are more hectic than others when the stock delivery arrives late. It is just a regular medical store trying to keep things running for the local neighborhood. Nothing too complicated about it. We are just here doing our job every day and making sure we do not run out of the basic things everyone asks for.
