Polaris Software Lab Ltd

We’re based out in Thane, specifically in the 400602 area. Polaris Software Lab Ltd has been operating from here for some time now. Thane has grown so much lately, but our routine stays pretty much the same. The office is a straightforward place. We don't have any big fancy glass walls or expensive art. It’s just a set of rooms with enough computers for everyone and a decent enough internet connection. Most of us commute from different parts of the city, so the morning chat is usually about the trains or the traffic on the way in. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s more like a small group of people who’ve worked together for years. We handle software stuff, mostly the technical bits that people don't really see. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, and other times we finish up early and head out. There’s a good little spot nearby for tea and snacks that we visit at least twice a day. The office feels familiar, like an old pair of shoes. It’s not perfect, and the printer usually jams when you're in a hurry, but it’s our space. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just show up in Thane every day and do the work that’s on our plate. We've got a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when the office gets too quiet. It's just a normal place for us.
