Our office for Arise Pvt. Ltd. is up on the eighth floor of Vihang Garden, specifically B1-801. It’s a decent spot right opposite the Raymond factory on Pokharan Road Number 1. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time looking at files and screens. It’s not one of those glass-walled corporate towers, just a regular building where people come to work every day. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't have a big HR department or formal meetings every five minutes. It’s a small team and we all know each other’s business. Most of the morning is spent catching up on emails and checking what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There’s always someone making tea in the small pantry area. We chose this location because it’s easy for the staff to get to and everyone knows the Raymond landmark. It makes giving directions a lot easier. We deal with the usual paperwork and coordination that comes with running a private limited company. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when deadlines approach, but mostly we just keep a steady pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work properly from our corner in Thane. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the noise of the main road downstairs.
