Pkr & Associates

Pkr & Associates is based in Alica Nagar, specifically in building 6 C, Flat No 701. We are situated on Akurli Road in Kandivali East, within the Lokhandwala Complex area. Mumbai 400101 is a crowded place, and Akurli Road is no exception. Our office is on the seventh floor, so we are a bit away from the street noise. It’s a standard residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. There’s nothing very special about the office itself; it’s got the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of paperwork. We spend most of our hours here just working through whatever is on the schedule for the day. Being in the Lokhandwala Complex means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and homes. It’s a convenient enough location for us. The commute can be a bit of a pain when the traffic builds up on Akurli Road, but we’ve learned to live with it. We don't really have a big team or any fancy equipment. It’s just a place where we can focus on our tasks. Most people who visit us are from around the neighborhood. We just keep things moving along and try to stay as organized as possible with our files. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. No big mission statements or anything like that, just people coming in to do their jobs and going home at the end of the day.
