Pieco-Pioneer Engineering Corporation

Our workshop is located in the Veena Dalvai Industrial Estate, right on S.V. Road in the Oshiwara part of Jogeshwari West. We are in unit 218. If you know this area, you know how much traffic there is on S.V. Road, so it’s always a bit of a journey getting here. The estate is filled with all sorts of small factories and workshops. Inside our unit, it’s all about engineering. We have tools and components scattered across the workbenches, and there is usually a smell of metal and machine oil in the air. It’s a practical space designed for getting things built or repaired, not for showing off. We don't have any polished floors or modern glass partitions. It’s just a solid place where we do the actual work. The staff here has been with us for years, and we all just know our roles. We deal with various engineering projects and sometimes things get a bit messy, but we always make sure the final result is what it needs to be. The noise from the other units in the estate is constant, but it becomes background noise after a while. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to do a good job on the engineering tasks we take on. People who come to see us usually appreciate that we don't waste time on fluff. We’re just a local engineering shop trying to stay busy and meet our deadlines. The afternoon tea break is the only time things really quiet down.
