Peopleteck Labs Private Limited is set up in Navi Mumbai. Specifically, we are in Sanpada at Office 1203, Plot No 9, Sec-17. The pin code is 400703 in the Thane district. Being on the 12th floor means we are high up away from the street noise. It’s a professional building but we keep our office pretty casual. We have the usual stuff like computers, a coffee machine that gets a lot of use, and some whiteboard space. It’s not a huge place but it fits us just fine. Most days start with us catching up on what happened the day before. We don't have long corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks. Navi Mumbai is a busy place to be, but once we’re up in the office, it feels separate from all that. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the commute and the rhythm of the building. Sometimes the elevator takes forever which can be annoying but we deal with it. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to do our work well. It’s a small team and we rely on each other to get things done. We don't use much fancy language. It’s just about showing up and putting in the effort every day. That is pretty much who we are and how we operate.
