Patni Computers

Our office is on the second floor of Ganga Apartment in Dombivli East. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s not too bad. We are right near Holy Angels School, so every afternoon you can hear the kids shouting and playing when they get out of class. It’s a lively neighborhood. Being in P & T Colony is nice because it’s a bit away from the main station chaos, though Dombivli is always busy no matter where you go. We handle computer repairs and sales here. Patni Computers has been in this spot for a long time. The office is full of old monitors, spare parts, and tools lying around. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on a motherboard or fix a screen. It’s honest work and we know most of the people in the colony by name now. Customers just walk in with their laptops and tell us what’s wrong. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just fix things and help people with their tech problems. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the summer because the building faces the sun, but the fans keep us going. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but Ganga Apartment stays the same. We take our time with the repairs to make sure they are done right.
