Patel Engineering Ltd

We are Patel Engineering Ltd, located at 503, Parampara C, which is part of the Cosmos Heritage complex. It’s on Tikujiwadi Road in the Chitalsar Manpada area of Thane West. The building is easy enough to find if you know the landmark of Tikujiwadi. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the road below. It’s a busy part of Thane. The office is pretty small, mainly just a place for us to coordinate our engineering projects and keep our records straight. We have been here for a bit now and the neighbors in the building are used to us. It’s a mix of residential and small offices around here. We usually start early before the traffic on Tikujiwadi Road gets too bad. Inside, it’s mostly just computers and stacks of blueprints. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy waiting rooms. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. It works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during peak hours, which is a bit of a nuisance. Sometimes the parking for visitors is a real headache, so we tell everyone to just use the public spots nearby. We focus on the technical details and try to keep things organized.
