Paryana Hr

Paryana Hr is based out of Flat 301 in the Blue Heaven building in New Mumbai. It is a decent spot, and the view from the window is okay when the weather isn't too hazy. We focus on HR stuff, which basically means we talk to a lot of people all day and look at a lot of resumes. Maharashtra is a huge place and being in New Mumbai gives us a bit more space than the main city, though it still feels pretty cramped sometimes. We started this business because we wanted to do something on our own. It’s not a huge operation with a big HR department; it is just a few of us working out of an apartment. We keep things pretty casual around here. You won't see us wearing suits unless there is a very good reason for it. Most of the time we are just on our phones or typing away at our computers trying to find the right people for the jobs we have open. It can be a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. People call us up at all hours sometimes, and we try to answer when we can. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we are glad to be doing it here. We don't have much for a lobby, so most of our chats happen over the phone anyway.
