Pansi Technologies

Pansi Technologies is based at 101, Pansi House. This is in Kalyan East, right near the Prayag Housing Society No. 4. We are part of the Lok Dhara Phase 1 area. The building is basically a house that we’ve turned into an office space. It has a very homey feel to it, which is different from those cold office buildings in the city. There’s a small porch in the front where we sometimes sit and have a break. Inside, we have desks set up in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms. We have cables running everywhere because we are a technology company, after all. There’s always a hum from the servers and the computers running. Kalyan can get pretty busy, but our little corner near the housing society is actually quite peaceful. We have some plants near the windows to make it look a bit nicer. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and open it. We spend most of our time staring at code or talking to clients on the computer. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We usually order in some food or someone brings a tiffin from home. It’s a simple way of working, and being in Pansi House makes it feel a bit more personal than a regular job. We just do our best every day.
