Panandikar Hospital

You’ll find Panandikar Hospital on Shivaji Path in Naupada. We are situated on the first floor of the Yashodhan Building. Naupada is a really busy part of town, so there is constant movement outside our windows. The building itself has been around for quite some time, and it has that old-school feel to it. We don't have any of those fancy modern lobbies you see in the big corporate hospitals. Instead, it’s just a functional space with some benches and a reception counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. The stairs can be a bit steep for some, but it’s a short climb to the first floor. Most of our days are spent coordinating between the different rooms and making sure the patients are looked after. It can get a bit chaotic when there are a lot of people in the hallway, but we manage to keep things moving. The smell of antiseptic is pretty strong throughout the day, which is expected. We have a small team of people who have worked here for a long time, so we all know how the place runs. We don't bother with fancy slogans or marketing. We just focus on the people coming through the door. It’s a practical, local hospital that has become a bit of a fixture on Shivaji Path. We close up once the last shift ends and start all over again the next morning. It is what it is.
