Osstf Technologies Private Limited is based in Thane at Shivanand CHS on Raghunath Nagar Road. We are in Flat 402 on the 4th floor. The building is right near Teen Hath Naka, which is a very famous junction here. Anyone who lives in Thane knows how much traffic goes through there. Our office is actually inside a housing society, which gives it a very different feel compared to a commercial building. It is quieter once you get inside the gate. We have converted the flat into a workspace where we handle all our technology projects. It feels a bit like working from home, but we are all here together. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and a balcony where we can see the road below. It is a very simple, no-frills environment. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. We are just a group of people doing our jobs. The 4th floor is a nice height—not too many stairs if the lift isn't working, though luckily it usually is. We chose this spot because it's easy for everyone to reach from different parts of the city. We spend our days mostly on our laptops. It is a very straightforward way to run a company. We like being in a residential area because it feels more peaceful than the industrial estates nearby.
