Om Kalab Technology Private Limited

We are over in Shivaji Nagar, Shiravane, which is part of Navi Mumbai. Our place is Plot No. 320A. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in. The office for Om Kalab Technology is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of wires. It’s a ground-floor or low-rise setup, so we see people passing by all the time. It’s not a high-tech hub with glass walls. We like it because it feels like a real part of the community. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too painful. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. We just show up and start working on the projects we have. The office can get a bit cluttered with boxes and old equipment that we haven't thrown out yet. We use a regular ceiling fan to keep cool. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street. It’s a simple, functional space. We don't spend money on fancy furniture. We’d rather just have good computers and a stable internet connection. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on getting things done for Om Kalab without any extra drama or corporate polish. The street noise can be loud during the day but we've learned to just ignore it while we focus on our screens. It's just a normal workplace with normal people. We've been here for a few years now.
