Octograd Technologies Private Limited has its office in the Casa Bella Gold complex, which is on the Kalyan Shil Road in Thane. We are specifically located in 905 Elitra F. Being up on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly other buildings and the busy road below. Kalyan Shil Road is always packed with traffic, so we can hear the hum of the cars and trucks throughout the day. The complex is quite large, and it can be a bit of a walk from the main gate to our building. Our office is basically a flat that we use for work. It has a kitchen area where we make tea and a living area where we have our main desks. It is a comfortable setup that does not feel like a cold, sterile office. We have a lot of stuff scattered around—papers, cables, and laptops—because we are always in the middle of some project or another. The people working here are a mix of locals from Thane and Kalyan. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a person to greet you at the door. Usually, someone just looks up from their computer and says hello. We like the fact that we are in a residential complex because it feels a bit more like home. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to make progress on our work every day without making a big deal out of it.
