Occasionz Events

We have been running Occasionz Events for quite a while now from our little spot at Shop No. 004 in the Shantivan Complex. If you know the Mira Road area, we are right behind the GCC Club. It is a busy neighborhood and we like being part of it. Most days you will find us sitting around the office planning out details for whatever is coming up next on the calendar. We do not have a big fancy corporate office, just this local shop where we keep all our gear and meet up to talk things through. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the stuff we need for setups, like fabrics and lights, but we manage just fine. We got into this because we liked seeing how things come together when people gather for something. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. There are lots of phone calls to vendors and making sure things arrive on time. We spend a good amount of time just driving around Mira Road or looking for parking near the complex. It is not always glamorous. There is a lot of heavy lifting and late nights involved that people do not usually see. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The GCC Club area is pretty familiar to us by now, we have seen it change over the years. We are just local folks trying to keep the business moving forward day by day. If you drop by, you might catch us mid-meeting or just tidying up the shop after a long weekend. That is pretty much how it goes here in our corner of the complex.
