Noviya Solutions Llp

We run Noviya Solutions Llp from an office in Kharghar. Specifically, we are at 805, Shah Prima, on the 8th Floor. This is in Plot No 13, Sector 2. Navi Mumbai is quite spread out, but this spot in Raigarh-410210 is pretty central for us. The building is one of those taller ones in the area. Being on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when the weather is clear in Maharashtra. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with papers and cables everywhere. We do a lot of solution-based work, mostly sitting at our desks and talking through problems. Kharghar is a developing area, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We have gotten used to it. Getting to the office is easy enough with the local transport. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle. Our days are pretty standard. We show up, see what needs to be done, and try to get through it by the evening. There is no corporate jargon used in our meetings. We just speak plainly about what is broken and how to fix it. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Shah Prima because it feels professional enough without being overly stiff or uncomfortable for us.
