Nobody Seeking For Job

We are over at Indradhanu Palace in Uthalsar. It is a bit tucked away behind Jogila Market on Ambedkar Road. If you know Thane West, you know it gets quite busy around here during the day. Our office is in flat 602, so we are high up enough to avoid some of the street noise, though you still hear the bikes honking downstairs. Most of us have been working here for a while now. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our mornings sorting through paperwork and making phone calls. There is a tea stall just outside the main gate where we usually go around four o’clock to get away from the screens. It’s a small group of us here. The name of the place, Nobody Seeking For Job, usually makes people double-check the sign when they walk in. It’s just how things ended up when the office started. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is okay, but during the monsoon, Ambedkar Road gets messy. We try to keep things quiet and just get our tasks done before the evening rush starts. It’s a plain workplace where people just show up and do their jobs every day.
