Our office is at A 8 Suryakund Soc in Sanglewadi. Kalyan West is a busy place to be, but being in a society makes it feel a bit more like a home than an office. It’s not a big commercial complex. We just have our unit where we handle the daily business stuff. Sanglewadi has its own pace. Some days it’s very quiet and other times it feels like everyone is out on the street at once. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors in the society are used to us coming and going with our files. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything fancy. You just walk in and we’re right there working at our tables. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of folders and papers, but we make it work. The commute into Kalyan can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but once we’re at the desk, it’s fine. We keep things very simple here. There’s no corporate handbook or dress code. We just dress for the weather and get to work. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the area well. It’s a honest way to work, being right in the middle of a residential area. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, gray office building. It’s just a regular place where we do our thing every day.
