Niscit Tech Private Limited

Our little team at Niscit Tech Private Limited operates out of Flat 403 in the Chinmany Co-Op Housing Society. We are located at Plot 19, Sector 9 in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a pretty standard residential neighborhood, which makes it a quiet place to get things done. We chose this spot because most of us live nearby and it saves a lot on the commute. The office isn't much to look at from the outside—just another flat in a building. But inside, we have everything we need to handle our tech work. We’ve got a couple of big tables pushed together and cables running across the floor. The 400708 area is nice because everything is within walking distance. We often go out to the local market for a quick bite or to pick up some office supplies. It’s a very low-key environment. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just talk to each other directly and solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes we work late and order pizza, sitting around the same desks we’ve been at all day. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real. We prefer this kind of setup over a fancy office park with strict rules. It feels more like a community. We know the neighbors and the local watchman. It’s just us doing our thing in a corner of Navi Mumbai, trying to keep the computers running and the projects on track.
