New Norm Technologies Llp

New Norm Technologies Llp is based out of Naigaone, specifically in the Saidham Complex at Ramdev Park. We are in Flat No 402 of the Kc1 building. This part of the region is a bit further out, so it’s a bit quieter than the middle of Mumbai, which we actually prefer for getting things done. The flat is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open. It’s a modest space where we’ve set up our workstations. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a polished front desk. It’s just an apartment that we’ve converted into our workspace. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional sound of a train in the distance. We take turns making coffee and try to keep the place somewhat tidy, though there are always stacks of papers somewhere. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a small Llp trying to do our work well and stay on top of our projects. Living and working in a place like Saidham Complex means things are pretty straightforward. We know our neighbors and we have a routine that works for everyone. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We show up, we do the work, and we don't feel the need to pretend to be anything we're not. There are plenty of local spots nearby for lunch, which is a nice bonus.
