Neha Pancard Agency is tucked away in Rupsundar Apartment on Nandigram Road. We are in Kalyan City, which is always moving fast. Most locals know the Shankar Mandir nearby, so that’s how we tell people to find us. It’s a busy street with plenty of horns honking all day. The apartment building is a bit older, but it serves us well enough. We handle a lot of the standard paperwork people need for their ID cards and things like that. It’s a lot of sitting and typing and checking documents for errors. Sometimes the line gets a bit long if everyone shows up at once, especially in the afternoons. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. It’s just a few plastic stools and some old magazines. The tea stall around the corner is where I usually go when I need a break. Being in Thane, you get used to the crowds and the humidity. The office is small, but we keep it organized as much as possible. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure people get their pan cards without too much of a headache. Dealing with government forms can be annoying, so we just try to be patient. We’ve been on Nandigram Road for a good while now. The temple bells ring at certain times of the day, and it’s a nice sound amidst all the traffic noise. We just stay here and do the work.
