Nayak And Rane is our little firm over in Juinagar at Sector 23. We are in Flat No 11 2 D7 of the Saikrupa Chs. The pin code is 400706 for those who need it. It is a residential kind of area which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial hub. We have turned the flat into a working space that suits our needs perfectly. There are desks pushed against the walls and plenty of shelf space for all our folders. It feels like a home because it basically is one. We make our own tea and usually eat lunch together in the small kitchen area. Being in Juinagar is convenient for us and we like the quiet atmosphere of Saikrupa Chs. We don't have any big signs outside just a small plaque near the door so you know you have the right place. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or friends of friends. We don't do any big advertising or have a social media person. It is just us doing the work and keeping the records straight. Some days are long and we stay late finishing up tasks while the neighborhood settles down for the night. It is a simple honest way to run a business and it works for us. We are just two people trying to do a good job in our corner of Maharashtra. Sometimes the doorbell rings when we are in the middle of something and we have to scramble to answer it. We like the personal touch of working from a flat.
