If you’re looking for us, we’re up on the sixth floor of the Olympia Royal Complex on Poonam Sagar Road. Mira Road East is a crowded place, and this building is right in the middle of all that energy, just opposite Sector 10. The office, D 602, has a decent view if you look past the other tall buildings. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with desks and a small pantry where the kettle is always running. Working in a big complex like this means we’re always sharing the elevator with families and delivery guys, which makes it feel less like a stiff office and more like a part of the community. We do consulting here, which keeps us on our toes with different projects coming in every week. Sometimes the monsoons make the commute a bit of a nightmare, with the water logging near the station, but we still make it in. It’s a relaxed atmosphere inside, though. No one is hovering over your shoulder. We just focus on the tasks and try to keep things organized. We chose this spot because it was convenient for the team. We don't have a big reception area or fancy logos on the walls, just the stuff we need to get the day's work finished. It’s practical and it works for us. Most evenings we're finishing up just as the sun goes down over the horizon.
