Al-misba Portable Cabin

Al-misba Portable Cabin is located on the Mumbra Panvel Road, right opposite the Mohan Compound. We are near the H. P. Petrol Pump, so it is easy to find us if you are driving toward Uttarshiv. Our yard is where all the actual work happens. We build these cabins from scratch, so there is a lot of welding, painting, and hammering going on throughout the day. It is a dusty environment because of the main road and the nature of the construction work. We have cabins in various stages of completion sitting around the lot. Some are just metal frames and others are almost ready to be loaded onto a trailer. It’s a small team of us working here near Khot Bungalow. We don’t have a fancy showroom; we just show people the cabins we are currently building. The sun can be really harsh out in the open, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. We use a lot of iron and insulation materials, so the place is usually a bit of a mess with offcuts and tools lying around. People need these cabins for sites or temporary offices, and we just build them as sturdy as we can. It’s practical work that requires a lot of heavy lifting and patience with the materials. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the location works well for transport.
