Kaavach Intellectual Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Shop No. 6 in Prince Plaza. We are situated right opposite the Kanakia Police Station which makes it very easy for people to find us on Kanakia Road in Mira Road East. The office is mostly functional with a lot of boxes containing cameras and sensors stacked up in the corners. We have a couple of display screens on the wall so we can check if the systems are working right. The air conditioning is usually running because the equipment generates a bit of heat. It is a professional enough space but we definitely have that lived-in feeling with coffee mugs on the desks and notes taped to the monitors. Being across from the police station means there is always a lot of activity and vehicles moving around outside. Prince Plaza is a good building and we know the shopkeepers next door pretty well. We spend our mornings responding to emails and checking on installation schedules. It is a bit of a technical environment but we try not to make it too complicated for anyone who walks in. The back room is where we keep the heavy tools and the ladders for the field work. We are just a group of people working in Mira Road East trying to keep things organized. There is nothing too fancy about how we run things, we just show up and do the work.
