Our office is located on the third floor of Hem Apartment, Room 304, which is right near the Alok Hotel. It’s a fairly quiet building, which is good for us because we have a lot of paperwork and scheduling to handle. We deal with security services, so a lot of our time is spent managing staff and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. We aren’t a huge corporation with a glass lobby. It’s just a standard office where we keep our files and meet with our team. Most of our employees are out at various sites, so the office is mainly for the administrative side of things. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it serves us well. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating schedules every day. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to keep things running smoothly. The area around Alok Hotel is familiar to us and it’s easy for our staff to find when they need to drop off reports. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of keeping everything organized and making sure our clients are taken care of. It’s steady, serious work but we keep the atmosphere in the office pretty down-to-earth and simple. There is always a lot to do, but we manage.
