We are based out of the Chandan Upvan building in Thane West. It’s right near Upvan Lake, which is a nice spot for a walk if you need some air or just a break from the monitors. Specifically, we’re in flat 704 on Pokhran Road Number 2. This branch deals with the commodity exchange side of things. It’s a busy environment most of the time. We have screens going and people tracking numbers throughout the day. It’s not very quiet in here. Being in a residential-commercial hybrid building like Chandan Upvan means we see a lot of neighbors too. It feels more like a community than a cold office tower. Our team here handles the local logistics and coordination for the Multi Commodity Exchange of India. The commute isn't too bad for most of us since we’re local to Thane. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t much time for fancy speeches or long meetings about nothing. We just watch the markets and make sure everything is recorded properly. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while, but you get used to it. The view towards the lake is actually pretty decent from the higher floors. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and it suits the way we work. It’s just a group of us trying to keep up with the fast pace of the trade world every single day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just focus on the numbers and the people we serve in this part of the city.
