Mukand Limited

Our office is at C-1 Amar Kalpataru Co-operative Housing Society, right by Devi Chouk in Shastri Nagar. Dombivali is a busy place, and being near the chouk means there’s always something happening outside. Mukand Limited has been here for a good stretch of time. It’s a local spot where we handle the administrative side of things. The office itself is quite plain. We have some old desks, a couple of computers that have seen better days, and a lot of files. We don’t try to make it look like a high-end showroom. It’s just a place where we work. We know the people in the society, and we say hello to the security guards every morning. It feels comfortable. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a bit distracting, but we’re used to the sounds of the rickshaws and the market nearby. We focus on getting through our checklists and answering the phones. There’s no big management philosophy here. We just show up and finish what we started. If something breaks, we fix it. If a customer has a question, we answer it the best we can. It’s a straightforward life. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about cricket or the local news. It’s a decent way to earn a living. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
