Mukand Limited

Mukand Limited is based on the 3rd floor of Pravin Nivas in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Wagle Estate in Thane. Wagle Estate is a huge industrial hub, so it’s the right place for us to be. The building is pretty standard for this area—lots of stairs and a small lift that sometimes has a mind of its own. Our office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have computers, some old drafting tables, and plenty of dust from the nearby factories. It’s a noisy place during the day with all the manufacturing going on around us, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas for visitors. It’s more about metal cupboards and sturdy desks that can handle a lot of weight. We spend our time looking over contracts and checking on production schedules. The team here is a hardworking bunch. We aren't really into corporate retreats or motivational speeches. We just like to get the job done and go home to our families. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a nightmare, but we still make it in. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. If you want to talk about engineering or supply chains, we’re your people, but don’t expect a polished sales pitch. We just tell it like it is and keep things moving as best as we can.
