We are located on Thane Belapur Road, near P.O. Kalve. It’s a busy industrial stretch, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The facility is more about function than anything else. We deal with engineering work, so there's always something being measured, drawn, or planned. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get out here, but the space is necessary for the kind of work we handle. The office area is often covered in blueprints and technical drawings that we have to go through. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a modern layout. It’s just a place where engineers and staff sit down to solve problems and get the projects done. The air out here is a bit heavy with the industrial surroundings, but we’re used to it after all these years. We have a lot of long-term employees who have seen the company through various stages and challenges. We just focus on the projects we have on hand right now. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things go wrong with a design or a timeline, but we just fix them and move on. We don't talk much about "the future" or "strategy" in a big way; we just look at what needs to be finished this week. It’s a straightforward approach to engineering. We’re just a group of people working together on Thane Belapur Road.
