Out here in Boisar, specifically at Flat No.-103 in the Neelkanth Building, you’ll find our branch of M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited. We are located in Ashutosh Nagar, which is a fairly quiet pocket of the Palghar Taluk. Being in Thane district means we are close to a lot of industrial action, but our specific office is inside a residential building. It’s a bit of a different setup than what you might expect for a big name like ours. We mostly handle the local coordination and administrative stuff for the projects going on in this part of Maharashtra. The flat is basically our hub. We have a small team here, and it feels more like a small family business because we are all in such close quarters. Boisar has grown a lot lately, and being right here helps us keep an eye on things without having to travel back and forth to the main city. It’s convenient for the staff who live nearby too. We don't have a big shiny lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of site maps and files. We keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent on calls or looking over technical drawings. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Boisar community.
