M/S Gretex Impex India Pvt. Ltd.

We are located on the 4th floor of Gokul Residency in Virar West. Our office is B-401. Virar is quite far from the main part of Mumbai, so we have a bit more space but the commute for some of us is long. Gretex Impex India is about moving things from one place to another. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer checking where shipments are. The office is in a township called Gokul Township on Bolinj Road. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than a commercial district. We have a few desks and a lot of folders full of shipping documents and customs papers. It’s not very exciting work to look at, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes there are problems at the port or with the trucks, and we have to spend all day fixing those issues. It can be quite a headache. We are a small team and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together in the office. There is a window that looks out over the township, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We deal with a lot of international stuff, but we are just local people working out of Thane. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. We are just trying to make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go without too much trouble.
