B. M. P. Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

Our office for B. M. P. Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 1/a 2 in the Vandana C. H. S. building. It sits right on L. B. S. Road, so you can imagine how much traffic noise we deal with every single day. It’s a constant hum of buses and rickshaws outside our door. The building itself is an older housing society, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We work from the ground floor mostly. It makes it easier for people to drop off packages or for us to move things out. The office space is a bit cramped because we have so many folders and boxes lying around. We spend a lot of time double-checking shipping labels and making sure the addresses are correct. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking sound, but we’ve stopped noticing it. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or picked up from a nearby stall down the street. We don't have a big corporate setup here. It’s just a place where we manage the overseas trade stuff. It gets quite dusty because of the main road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. Most days are just a cycle of answering the phone and filing papers. It's a straightforward business. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get everything shipped out before the day ends. It’s been our home base for a while now and we're used to the pace.
