You can find our office in Thane West, over at Vijaya Nagari Annex on Ghodbhundar Road. Specifically, we are in Building 26, Flat 44. It’s more of a residential-style setup for an office. The name says Nigeria, but this is our base here in Maharashtra. Ghodbhundar Road is always packed with traffic, so it takes a while to get anywhere from here. The flat is a bit small for all the files we have, but we make it work. We have a view of the other buildings from the balcony. Global Steel Holdings has people coming in and out at odd hours because of the time differences with other places. We mostly spend our time on the phone or sending emails. There is always a pot of coffee or tea being made in the small kitchen. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. You just knock on the door and someone lets you in. It feels more like a small family business even though the name sounds big. We handle a lot of international stuff, which means lots of paperwork and long hours. We just try to stay on top of everything without getting too stressed. It’s a busy life here in Thane. We don't really have time for fancy decorations, just the basics like desks and chairs to get through the work.
