Mountain Holiday

Our office is just a simple room in Surya Nagar, over in the Vitava area of Kalwa. It’s Room No-2, located near Bhawani Chowk, which is right off the busy Thane Belapur Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always full of trucks and traffic heading out of Thane toward Navi Mumbai. Our space is quite modest, with just the essential furniture and a lot of maps and travel folders stacked on the shelves. We’re not a big, shiny travel agency with posters and glass displays. It’s just a small local spot where we sit and help people plan their trips. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. We’ve been in Vitava for a good while now, and we know many of the shopkeepers and residents around the chowk. It’s a very local vibe, and we like it that way. The room can get a bit warm in the summer, and the noise from the road never really stops, but we’ve grown used to it. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just provide a practical service for folks who want to go somewhere new. It’s a straightforward job in a hardworking part of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up every day and handle the details for whoever walks in. It’s nothing more than that.
