The Mott Macdonald Pvt Ltd office is located in Ss 2, Room No 94, in Sector 3 of Koperkhairane. This is over in Navi Mumbai. It’s a small room, really just a basic space where we can concentrate. Koperkhairane is a busy spot, and Sector 3 is right in the middle of it. Not having a lot of space for extra stuff, we use every corner for something important. The whole day is usually spent at our computers or on the phone. It’s a very practical way of working. There isn't any fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. It’s just us doing the actual work. Operating out of this room for a while now, we have seen Navi Mumbai grow a lot from our window. Tasks are mostly technical and require a lot of attention to detail. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Not being here to put on a show for anyone, we just want to finish our projects and go home. It’s a modest setup, but it’s where we get everything done every single week without any fuss. Focusing on the specific needs of each project and keeping our notes organized until the job is complete is how we spend our time.
