This is Morgan Stanley Investment Bank located over in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are specifically based in the Seawoods Estate, which is part of the NRI Complex. If you know the area, it is quite a nice spot with a bit more breathing room than the main city. Our office is in Block 44, Flat 801. It’s a bit of an interesting setup being in a residential complex like this, but it suits the way we work. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot over the years, and being out here in Seawoods means we avoid the worst of the downtown Mumbai rush. The view from the eighth floor is alright, and the building is well-maintained. We spend most of our day focused on the screens and the phones. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which helps when you have a lot of numbers to look at. People usually take the train to Nerul and then a rickshaw to get here. It is a straightforward commute for most of the staff. We don’t have a big reception area or anything too flashy. It is just a functional space where the team sits together. We have been in this 400706 zip code for a while. Usually, lunch is just something quick from the local spots or whatever people brought from home. It’s a decent place to spend the workday without too much noise from the outside world.
