We set up Mooncrest Techologies And It Experts Private Limited inside Shinde Sadan. It’s a well-known spot because it’s right near the Canara Bank in the Kolshewadi area of Kalyan East. If you’ve ever been to Kalyan, you know it’s a busy, bustling place, especially near the station side. Kolshewadi has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. Our office isn’t huge. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our waking hours. We didn't want a fancy corporate park address because this feels more real. We are close to the people and the local markets. Most of us commute from nearby, so we know the local transport struggles quite well. Inside Shinde Sadan, things are pretty low-key. We have our setups, a small corner for tea, and plenty of work to keep us occupied. We aren't into those "work-life balance" posters you see in big offices. We just work hard and then go home to our families. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the people heading to the bank, but it keeps us on our toes. We are just a bunch of IT folks who know our stuff and decided to run our own show from Kalyan. It’s not always easy, but there’s a certain pride in building something in your own neighborhood. We just take each project as it comes and try not to overcomplicate things.
