Sahil Import & Export

We’re way out in Mira Road East, in the Poonam Sagar Complex. Our office is in the B Wing of Sankalp B 1, unit number 701. It’s more of a residential-commercial mix around here, so it feels a bit quieter than the middle of the city. We handle both imports and exports here at Sahil Import & Export. It started out small and stayed that way, which is fine by us. We use one of the rooms as a main office and the others for storage and paperwork. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the space works well for the business. We spend a lot of time on the computer, checking shipping rates and talking to clients. Since we’re in a complex, we know our neighbors and sometimes share a bit of news over the balcony. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but we use that time to grab a snack. We handle a lot of different products, so every day is a bit different. One day it’s textiles, the next it might be hardware. We just make sure everything is documented properly so there are no issues at the border. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us on our toes. We don't need a fancy address to do our job well.
