It’s a place where you know your neighbors and you see the same people every morning near the stairs or the lift. We’ve been in room B 208 for a while now. It’s a decent size for our team and we’ve got everything set up just the way we like it. The society is usually pretty quiet, which is nice when we have a lot of work to get through. Sometimes there’s a bit of noise if someone is doing repairs in another flat, but that’s just how it goes in these buildings. We like being based in Maharashtra because everything we need is close by. We don't really go for all that corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just focus on our associates' work and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We have our files, our desks, and a window that lets in a bit of sunlight. It’s a good place to spend the day working on whatever needs to be finished.
