Micro Creation

Our office is up on the 7th floor of Nakur House. We’re at Plot No. 52 in Thana West. It’s right across from the Castle Mill and near Royal Hospital. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at our screens all day. Micro Creation is a small setup. We do a lot of design and creative stuff, but it’s not all glamour and art. There’s a lot of sitting around and trying to get the software to behave. The office is a bit small for the number of people we have, so it gets a little cramped sometimes. We have some plants that we sometimes forget to water, but they survive. It’s a real office with real problems, like the printer jamming or the water cooler running out. We don't have a big philosophy about what we do. We just try to make things that look decent and work properly for the people who ask us. Thana West is a busy area, so the commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us in the mornings. We usually start the day with some tea and a short chat about what needs to be done. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get the work finished. We aren't a big agency with a lobby. We’re just a team in a room trying to do a good job.
