Metal Cabins

We are located at Survey No 69 on the Mumbra Panvel Road. We are pretty easy to spot since we’re right near the Mangail Murty Petrol Pump in the Dahisar Mori area of Mumbra. At Metal Cabins, we spend our days cutting steel and putting together portable rooms. It’s a lot of physical work. The sun can get quite hot out here in the yard, but we have a rhythm going. We started this because we knew there was a need for sturdy, moveable structures. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the cutting machines, the welding rigs, and enough space to park the trucks. It’s not a fancy showroom. You’ll see the cabins in various stages of being built if you walk in. Some are just frames, others are nearly finished with windows and doors. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been on this road for a long time. People see the cabins from the street and stop to ask questions. We tell them what we can do and how long it will take. It’s all very direct. No one here wears a suit. We’re usually in our work clothes because there’s always something to fix or move. We just try to do a solid job on every cabin so it lasts through the rains and the heat. It is practical work for practical people, and we like it that way.
