Mehrwert Infotech Private Limited is based in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Shop No 2, Plot No B61/5, Sector 23, Darave, Nerul. Being in a shop-front style office means we are right at street level, so we see a lot of the local life passing by our front door. It’s a different vibe than being in a high-rise. You hear the scooters going by and the local vendors calling out. The space inside is quite compact, so we’ve had to be smart about how we arrange our desks and storage. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, but we’ve got the fans going most of the time. Most of us take the train to Nerul station and then it’s just a short walk or a quick rickshaw ride over to Darave. We don’t have any fancy meeting rooms, so if we need to talk about something important, we just huddle around one of the desks or go for a walk outside. It’s a very hands-on environment. There is always a stray cup of tea sitting somewhere, and the shelves are full of old tech manuals and spare parts. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office; we just need a place to sit and do our work. It’s a simple, honest setup in a busy part of the city, and it works for us.
