Mausam Resort Pvt Ltd is run out of Flat No 103 in the G 16 building of the Shri Ganesh Co Op Hsg Soc. We are located in Gharonda, which is in Sector 9 of Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a regular housing society, so it feels very much like a home environment rather than a stiff office. Being in Maharashtra, especially in Navi Mumbai, means there is a lot of growth happening around us all the time. Our building is just one of many in the area, and we share the space with a lot of families. You can often hear kids playing outside or people talking in the hallways while we are working. It makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just come up to the flat. We spend our time managing the paperwork and the bookings from this small room. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the files, but we keep it organized as best as we can. The 103 flat has been our base for a good while now. Ghansoli is a busy place, but once you get inside the society gates, it quietens down a little. We just take things one day at a time here, making sure the business side of things is handled without making a big deal out of it. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing things.
