Manpower Services India Ltd

Airoli is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. Our office for Manpower Services India Ltd is in the Garden View building, specifically Al 5 2 15 in Sector 16. It is a bit of a trek to get here if the trains are late, but we show up every morning and get to work. Most of the time we are just looking at resumes or talking to people on the phone. It is not a very fancy place, just some desks and some old files. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit. There are more shops around now. We handle the staffing stuff for businesses. It is a lot of back and forth between candidates and employers. Some days are slower than others. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. People just walk in and we talk to them. The air conditioning sometimes makes a weird noise, but it keeps us cool enough. Navigating Navi Mumbai traffic can be a headache, so we usually stay late to let it clear out. It is just a normal office life for us here in Airoli. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. As long as the internet works and the tea is hot, we are good to go. The building is easy to find once you get into Sector 16. We just keep doing what we do every day. It's just a job like any other.
