Our place of work is at 423 4 in the Khan Compound, which is part of Gaibi Nagar in Bhiwandi. Being in the Thane district of Maharashtra means we are in a very active part of the country. Mangal Keshav Securities Ltd deals with financial matters, so our office is usually a mix of people staring at screens and talking on the phone. It’s located in a compound, so there’s a bit of a community feel with the other businesses nearby. Bhiwandi is famous for being a hub of trade and movement, and you can definitely feel that energy every day. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. There are desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of computers to track the markets. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a lot of people stop by at once, but we manage. We aren't some big shiny firm from the city center. We’re local and we like it that way. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we’re like a small family. We just do our daily tasks, keep an eye on the numbers, and help out whoever comes through the door in Gaibi Nagar. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the numbers and the people.
