Mandarin Masala

We are located in the Hilton Centre at CBD Belapur, specifically at units 014, 111, and 112. It’s a bit of a spread-out space because of how the units are numbered, but we’ve made it work for the kitchen and the seating. Plot No 66 is a busy area, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices comes out looking for something to eat. You can usually smell what’s cooking well before you get to the door. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure the ingredients are fresh and the stoves are ready. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always the sound of pans clanking or someone calling out an order. The Hilton Centre itself has a lot going on, so there’s always people moving around the corridors. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that; we just focus on the food and making sure the tables are clean for the next person who sits down. Sometimes the rush is a bit overwhelming, but we just keep going until the last order is served. In the evenings, we spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting everything ready for the next day. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the kitchen, but it’s what we do here in Belapur.
